  Safe Congregational District

By James Patrick Hart III

We have often said, and we know it is true: that a politician has only two goals in life: the first is to get elected to political office, and the second, is to stay elected for the rest of his or her life; and EVERY MOVE they make, every vote they cast, and every speech they make is done with that purpose in mind.

A politician has to say the kind of things that will please his listening audience; therefore his speech is designed to please the audience for that day. The next day, before a different audience, the politicians may make and entirely different speech and in some cases he will be contradicting what he just said the day before, because he must please this audience as well as the last and he usually gets away with it because the media will not disclose the difference in his speeches, if he is an approved candidate.

Let me give you a fine example of a double talking politician that many of you know, because he was Lyndon Baines Johnson, the 35th president of the United States. As you know Johnson was from Texas; and Texas is a Right to Work State, which means that a person can belong to a union, but does not have to belong to a union to hold his job. In 1960, Johnson was running for vice-president. In his speeches outside Texas, he opposed the Taft-Hartley Act, which made the Right to Work Law possible. But in Texas, he was running for the senate at the same time; and in Texas he supported the Right to Work Act. I know this is true, because this writer was interviewed on radio and I exposed him for doing this. It did not matter, he was elected to both offices and had to give up his senate seat. But it does show that one is a few bricks short of a full load to believe anything a politician says, that is the reason we need to elect people that are not politicians. Don’t re-elect anyone and don’t promote anyone to higher office.

We are realists and we know that some Democrats will never vote for any Republican and some Republicans will never vote for any Democrat, so how are we to get rid of the incumbents? There is a simple solution: you can vote your Democrat or Republican out of office in the primary election, and then in the general election you can still vote for a member of your favourite party. Of course, we recommend that you dump both parties, because both parties are responsible for the mess we are in now. For this to work, the votes must be counted by hand and not machines, because, as you know, a machine can be programmed to elect whosoever the programmer wants to

see elected. Joseph, the butcher Stalin of the Old communist Soviet Union, was supposed to have said, “I don’t care how the people vote, just as long as I get to count the votes.”

Many of you already know: that we do not actually have two parties, we just have two branches of the same party, because the men behind the scenes that actually run the parties, do not really care which party is in power, because they support and control both parties. When the Republicans were out of power, we were told: if we would give them a chance to run the government, they would get the government off our backs, reduce the power of government and the tax burden that we now suffered under.

Low and behold, we were finally convinced to put both the White House and congress in the hands of the Republicans and the rest is history. The national debt exploded out of sight, we engaged in two un-declared and illegal wars; and we saw laws passed to restrict our liberties. Such laws as the Real ID Act, where the Federal government wants to control all state drivers licenses and turn them into a national ID Card, where we would soon hear some obnoxious peace officer say, “Your papers please” and we would be forced to identify ourselves just like they  do in any dictatorship. They gave us the so-called Patriot Act, with even more restrictions; and the so-called Homeland Security Department, which is designed to make this nation a giant concentration camp. The prisons have already been built and are ready for all you dangerous patriots that will not bow at the feet of your masters.

Now then, let us get to the title of this message: Safe Congregational Districts and what we mean by that statement. If you had a copy of a map showing the way your voting districts are laid our, you would see the genius of some political hacks. Most of these maps look like some kindergarten kids got together and drew the maps.

As you know, every ten years there is a census taken and as a result of the census, all voting districts must be adjusted to show the shift in population growth. Some states gain districts and some lose districts. When this happens the political party in power, in each state, has control of the process of realigning voting districts. But, what we usually see is both parties sit down and draw a map that will make sure that their district will always remain in control of one party or the other. Therefore you have what we call “safe seats.” We have safe seats for Republicans, for Democrats, for Blacks and for Hispanics. With safe seats, it is impossible to vote some one else into office from that safe seat. No white or Hispanic is going to get elected to a safe black seat and no black is going to get elected to a safe Hispanic seat. The same is true of safe Republican and safe Democratic seats.

Some times it happens, as it did in the last two elections here in Arizona We had two Republican seats up for election. In each case, a real conservative was nominated by the Republican voters for the House of Representatives. In one case, the national party leaders said: that the Republican could not be elected, so they refuse to give him any financial support and he lost. The Republican seat was turned over to a liberal Democrat. In the second case, the Republicans nominated a real conservative woman in the primary and the national party said, :she is able to raise enough money on her own, so we will not support her with money, and she lost to another liberal Democrat, turning two Republican held seats over to liberal Democrats, that is politics as usual.

This is enough to prove: that the men and women that control politicians behind the scene, with their money and the power of the corrupt media, do not care which party is in power, just as long as they will yield to the super rich that control both political parties. This makes the elected politician a mere puppet in the hands of his or her handlers. There is, to this humble writer, no other explanation for politicians doing the things that they do. They must know that what they are doing is not in the best interest of the people they are supposed to represent, because of the pressure put on them by their handlers to do as they are told..

The estimated population of the US, is, 306,700,933 as of Jun 18, 2009. With this in mind, we must ask ourselves; how many people in this country, have any idea of what is going on in the country or in the world. How many of these people have we educated in the last fifty years to our way of thinking? I believe we might say: that we have done about as much good as it would be if we poured a bucket of water onto the ocean. It would make no noticeable difference, because most people simply do not care what is going on. People do not care, until their own ox gets gored and then they suddenly wake up and say, “Wat oppened?" We have been warning them for years, to no avail, but suddenly, when they find themselves behind the eight ball, they want to know how they got there. Suddenly they are awake and troubled by the condition in which they find themselves in; and they have not a single clue as to what to do about it.

Now, we sincerely believe, is the time to get behind our drive to MAKE A CLEAN-SWEEP and sweep out of office ALL incumbents, for the simple reason; these people are the ones that got us into this mess; and there is no one else to blame, because no one else had the power to prevent this from happening. These people are elected to do the best they can for all people, but they only do the best they can for the people that pay for their elections.
