Any one playing with a full deck knows: that a country, whose citizens are armed to the teeth as we are, can never be conquered and occupied. You can see this in Iraq right now. For that reason, the elite as they are called, who desires to rule the world, is working hard to disarm us all. Some time back the SPOTLIGHT, the publication of Liberty Lobby, 300 Independence Ave., Washington, D.C. 202-544-1794 ran the following article by Angie Carlson. (The Spotlight has since been closed by the order of the corrupt courts ED) This article will always be new; because the plan is waiting to be put into effect. Liberty Lobby was the oldest citizen lobby in Washington D.C.. We have this document that Angie talks about in our files. "Department of State Document 7277 is the 'United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World: Freedom From War'. The directive document 'a Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World.' The program provides for the progressive reduction of the war-making capabilities of nations and the simultaneous strengthening of international institutions to settle disputes and to maintain the peace. 'It details 'the measures which...should be taken in order to bring about a world in which there will be freedom from war and security for all states (in the world),' The program is based upon three principles. IN STAGE I: 1. The disbanding of all national armed forces and the prohibition of their re-establishment in any form, except those required to preserve internal order and for contributions to a United Nations Peace Force; 2. The elimination from national arsenals of all armaments, including all weapons of mass destruction and the means for their delivery, other than those required for a United Nations Peace Force and for maintaining internal order; 3. The institution of effective means for the enforcement of international agreements, for the settlement of disputes, and for the maintenance of peace in accordance with the principles of the United Nations; and 4. The establishment and effective operation of an International Disarmament Organization within the framework of the United Nations to insure compliance at all times with all disarmament obligations. Accordingly, the disarmament stages were established, in order to do away with the sovereign state and its individual security, the nuclear threat would be reduced; strategic delivery vehicles would be reduced; arms and armed forces would be reduced especially those of the United States and of the Soviet Union. Peaceful use of outer space would be promoted; UN peace-keeping power would be strengthened; an international Disarmament Organization would be established for effective verification of the disarmament program. Nations would be committed to other measures to reduce international tension and to protect against the chance of war by accident, miscalculation, or surprise attack. IN STAGE II: 1, Further substantial reductions in the armed forces, armaments and military establishments of states, including strategic nuclear weapons delivery vehicles and countering weapons; 2. Further development[ of methods for the peaceful, settlement of disputes under the United Nations; 3. Establishment of a permanent international peace force within the United Nations; 4. A halt in the production of chemical, bacteriological radiological weapons and a reduction of existing stocks or their conversion to peaceful uses; 5. A reduction of stocks of nuclear weapons; 6. The dismantling or the conversion to peaceful uses of certain military bases and facilities wherever located; and 7. The strengthening and enlargement of the International Disarmament Organization to enable it to verify the steps taken in Stages II and to determine the transition to Stages III. IN STAGE III In STAGE III, progressive controlled disarmament and continuously developing principles and procedures of international law would proceed to a point where no state would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened UN Peace Force and all international disputes would be settled according to the agreed principles of international conduct: 1. Nations would retain only those forces, non-nuclear armaments and establishments required for the purpose of maintaining internal order; they would also support and provide agreed manpower for a UN Peace Force. 2. The UN Peace Force, equipped with agreed types and quantities of armaments, would be fully functioning; 3. The manufacture of armaments would be prohibited except for those of agreed types and quantities to be used by the UN Peace Force and those required to maintain internal order. All other armaments would be destroyed or converted to peaceful purposes; 4. The peace-keeping capabilities of the United Nations would be sufficiently strong and the obligations of all states under such arrangements sufficiently far-reaching as to assure peace and the just settlement of differences in a disarmed world." APPENDIX THE United States program for general and complete disarmament in a peaceful; world TO THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD, Conscious of the crisis in human history produced by the revolutionary development of modern weapons within a world divided by serious ideological differences; Determined to save present and succeeding generations from the scourge of war and the dangers and burdens of the arms race and to create conditions in which all people can strive freely and peacefully to fulfill their basic aspirations; Declare their goal to be: A free, secure, and peaceful world of independent states adhering to common standards of justice and international conduct and subjecting the use of force to the rule of law; a world where adjustments to change takes place in accordance with the principles of the UNITED NATIONS; a world where there shall be a permanent state of general and complete disarmament under effective international control and where the resources of nations shall be devoted to man's material culture....NEXT MESSAGE, HOW THEY PLAN TO ACCOMPLISH OUR PERSONAL DISARMAMENT, DON'T MISS IT. This has been the policy of every administration since Harry Truman, both Democrat and Republican. Do you want to be so disarmed that you cannot defend your self? You can see what they are doing to Iraq. That is how it will be in a world controlled by the UN. We do not need that. We do not need the UN. The UN has failed. It is a tower of Babel, or confusion. Do you want a bunch of foreigners telling you what to do and when to do it? WAKE UP; IT’S LATER THAN YOU THINK. We need to be like the Swiss, well armed and ready to use the arms. DISARMING AMERICA # 2 In our last message, we discussed the disarming of America, by Angie Carlson, in an article appearing in the SPOTLIGHT, the publication of Liberty Lobby, 300 Independence Ave. Washington D.C. 20003, 202-546-5621. Today we give you the second article by Mrs. Carlson Attached to State Departments Publication No. 7277 were secret annexes designed to form a New World Order. By Angie Carlson "A former federal official says that when Department of State document 7277 was written, three top secret "annexes" were added to work hand-in-hand with it. 'A gun recall was written into Annex A in 1962' the retired State Department-connected source said. 'Annex A details the terms, procedures and definitions of the program. It calls our attention to the United States code, Title 4, Section 1287, that spell out our national security wheat reserve. 'Complete and total gun recall is also included in Annex A,' he added. 'The GATT and NAFTA treaties were written in 1962 in Annex A. Also in Annex A, the plotters did away with the United States code that guaranteed our grain reserves in this country. 'The last paragraph of that United States Code is what killed that code on September 30, 1995,' the source said. 'Under the terms it is specified that in the coming years, from 1997 on, monetary wealth will not be the most powerful wealth but the possession of food items will be the most powerful possession we have. 'The powers-that-be didn't want wheat reserves sitting around all over the country. They said renegades could break in and steal and feed themselves, but the oppressors want the people to be oppressed and come to the government for food. That way, the authorities could get the dissidents to hand in their explosives and their rifles.' FAST FORWARD TO 1997 World Watch Institute most recently broadcast that only 55 days of wheat remained for world consumption. The former official said 'we used to have enough for 144 days, and now in the United States, we now have 7-9 days of food in the food transportation chain.'' Barbara Marx Hubbard, the senior adviser to the U.S. Army is the one who said, 'we are in charge of God's selection process on planet Earth. He selects, we destroy; we are the riders of the pale horse Death.' "He added,' In her book, she says we are going to have to eliminate one-fourth of humanity going into the New World Order.' The State Department source said he thought what remains of freedom in the United States would soon be gone.' The chaos and the program will have to be accelerated in order to keep up with the time table spelled out in Annex A,' he said. 'They'll have to push up the implementation for all the social orders, so they can go into Annex B portion in 1998.'The powers-that-be weren't supposed to have just one tragedy in Oklahoma City,' he added. 'That was in Annex A, but another tragedy was supposed to have happened, to where the people would rally behind everybody in Washington, to pass stringent antiterrorism laws.' As further evidence to the deterioration of the American system, the source pointed to the persecution of Michael New, the soldier who was drummed out of the army for refusing to wear UN blue (SPOTLIGHT Sept. 25, 1995 and others). OTHER ANNEXES This addition details the implementation of the full surrender of the people to the program which must fully occur by October 1, 1998. (They missed this date; because of two many rednecks like you in the country. Thanks for all you patriots, ED.).The program includes preparation for a completely controlled society, to include a national ID card and the registration of every citizen, including illegal immigrants. In addition, Annex B calls for the complete surrender of all firearms. The three powers that will implement Annex B are the Russians, the Chinese and the Americans, according to the source. 'They call it the Trilateral Alliance.' Annex C calls for continuation of the operations by October 1, 1999." EDITORS COMMENTS Thank you Angie. Mrs. Carlson has dozens of such files in her records. The Super Rich elite is behind this move here, just as they were in the Soviet Union. They have had nearly 100 years to perfect their plan. They know what works, and what don't work. They know how to twist you around their finger. You do not have a chance against them. Here is an example of how they work against rebels. In Romania, their mountains were famous for hiding rebels. For generations Romanian Rebels had kept the invaders at bay by retiring to the mountains to keep fighting the invaders. When the communist took over Romania, many retreated to the famous mountains. There were villages around the mountains and the villagers would help feed the rebels and provide them with information. The communist gathered all the villagers together, marched them in front of them up into the mountains and told the rebels they would kill them all, if the rebels did not surrender. The rebels surrendered, the communist proceeded to kill all the rebels. Then they burned all the villages and moved the villagers away from the mountains, usually leaving them out in the middle of some field to shift for themselves. Many died from exposure. Dan Roman, (his pen name), a man who spent 23 years in a communist gulag for being an engineer' wrote a book telling of his experience in Romania. He said that the Elite were behind the communist movement in Russia and all the rest of the Soviet Union. He received much of his information from a disgraced communist official that fell out of favor with the communist and was jailed. Dan met him while in prison. Dan made his escape during the uproar of the supposed fall of communism. There is no doubt that the super rich were behind the Soviet Union. These same super rich men and women are behind the U.N. in their drive to rule the world. You have just seen their own plan for disarming the entire world. When they are ready, you will have to turn in your guns, before you can buy food. You saw the lady that said one fourth of the world would have to be destroyed going into the New World Order. It will be the middle class that will be destroyed. All the intelligent people, along with all the possible rebels will be murdered to make the world safe for communism; some things never change. The only way to defeat this rabble; is to turn to God for help. You say you will leave God out of the struggle. That is what the Russians, the Chinese, the Hungarians, all the soviet block countries, and the Cubans said. You know what happened to them. So you go on and leave God out and you will end up like all the poor souls that suffered under communism. History proves: that a nation without God is a Godless nation, run by Godless people; and they are the worst kind. Where there is no God, evil rules. The evil men are afraid of the influence that God has on people. Men can do extraordinary things with the help of God. So then, any one that believes in God will be murdered as quickly as possible. The only way, humanly speaking, this can be stopped, is for the people to turn away from Democrats and Republicans and vote for a new party. The Constitution Party say they are is willing to step in and clean up this mess, if you voters will only give them the chance to do so. To continue to elect Democrats and Republicans will spell the end of this free and independent nation. To continue to re-elect incumbent republicans and democrats is to commit suicide.
