Federal Government’s Responsibilities Here is the main reason why we MUST sweep out ALL incumbents at the next opportunity, if we are to have any hope of surviving as a free and independent REPUBLIC. POPULISTS VIEWPOINT If one will carefully read and study the US Constitution, one will find that the Federal Government has only four (4) functions. You read that right: the Federal Government is responsibly for only four departments in government:
All other functions are left to each individual state. With this in mind one can see that about 99% of everything that the federal government does is in violation of Constitutional law. Any federal official, whether elected or appointed that gets involved in any other function, is violating the law and his oath of office; and we must conclude: that such a person is a liar and cannot be trusted to handle the affairs of our government. This, of course, will include about 99. 99/100% of government officials; and I may be a little generous at this point. Government officials, at any level of government, cannot be trusted; and that is truly a sad situation. Criminals are running our government, all the way from city hall to Washington DC; and we are in their vice-grip. Prior to WW II, the Defence Department handled the intelligence of the federal government and were responsible for protecting the nation from foreign and domestic spies, which they did very well. The Ddefence Dept. is responsible for protecting our borders against foreign invaders, which is what illegal aliens really are. There would be no need for a Border Patrol, because the military would take care of that function; and I believe would do a better job if they were free of political pressure. Regulating commerce only means that the commerce dept. would see that commerce, that is all physical goods, moves between the several states in a smooth manner; and that was to be their only function. Insurance, for an example, is not commerce, because it is not a product that moves from state to state; and is already regulated by each individual state. So the Commerce Dept. has very little to do in this modern age of moving commerce between the states. In spite of this, some politicians use the commerce clause and the welfare clause to set aside the entire Constitution, which is illegal. Congress is responsible for coining money and establishing the value thereof: and they do not have the Constitutional authority to turn this function over to anyone else. Therefore we need a Treasury Dept. to collect, print and distribute the money as the congress stipulates. If the treasury printed and distributed the money, there would be no national debt. Right now it requires all the money collected in income tax just to pay the interest on the national debt, but with today’s monstrous debt, even that may not be enough to pay the interest. The so-called Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) is an illegal entity run by gangsters who have managed to get their hands on our money supply. Someone has said: that "those families are ALL JEWS. Eight Jewish families control the Federal Reserve Banks".. I don't know and I don't care if they are Jews, Greeks or Chinese; it makes no difference, they are evil people. We cannot blacken an entire race of people because of a few bad apples. In WW II, we said the Japanese and German people were evil people, but we do not say that any more. A few Germans and a few Japanese were evil people: but then, we can say that a few Americans are just as evil as the Germans and Japanese were in that war. You will notice that 70% of the owners of our central bank are FOREIGNERS; and 20% are from the Rothschild family, and 20% from the Warburg family. Baron de Rothschild, as you know, paid for 20.000 mercenaries to fight with England against the US in the Revolutionary War. The Rothschild family has never forgiven us for defeating his army in that war and has been making us pay for it ever since. Most of the wars misery and deaths in the last 400 years or so have been caused by the above men, their friends and their ancestors; and this would include the French Revolution, which was caused by these same families. These are the families that you are paying with your hard earned income tax, so they can use their money to subvert the US and the rest of the world. Most of our problems would disappear; if these men and their friends could be eliminated from the earth. I am not advocating that anyone go out and kill these men and their friends; I am just stating a fact that they are the cause of all the wars, deaths and misery in the world today and the world would be a better place to live if they did not exist. But, I am satisfied to know that some day they will all stand before God and God will punish them as they deserve to be punished and such punishment will be for worse than anything we could ever do to them here on earth. Hell awaits them all and they will have NO POWER IN HELL; and they will have no one to cater to their ever needs and grovel at their feet; as politicians and bureaucrats must do today to stay in office and keep their jobs. They will have nothing, and this alone will be severe punishment for such people, who have had everything that their evil hearts desired. That leaves only the State Department, whose duty is to conduct our foreign affairs, and for many years this dept. has been firmly in the hands of communist. Now the communist Hillary Clinton is in charge at State, better known to you old-time patriots as “FOGGY BOTTOM.” That is the total responsibility of the federal government. ALL other functions are the responsibility of the states and here is the reason we can say that: ARTICLE TEN: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” OR TO THE PEOPLE is the key to the Bill of Rights So read the Constitution carefully; and if you do not have a copy handy, I can send you a copy; and tell me if you see any place for a Federal Dept. of Education-Federal Food and Drug Administration-Health and Human Service-Homeland Security Dept. Agriculture Dept. or any other of the many departments and commissions that the feds have set up. Where does it say that kidnapping or bank robbery should be a federal crime? Where foes it say anything about federal hate crimes? ALL crimes, except treason and piracy, are the responsibility of the several states and not the federal government. Murder, even of the president or any federal official is the responsibility of the states where the crime took place. Only crimes committed on territory controlled by the federal government comes under the jurisdiction of the federal government. There is no need for a Justice Dept.. In the case of treason or piracy, the congress could appoint a special prosecutord and a special judge to handle this one case and then go back to private practice. This may sound like revolutionary thinking to some of you, but this was the thinking of the revolutionists themselves; and who can argue with such wise men as our founding fathers Davy Crocket almost lost his bid for re-election because he voted to give a small stipend to a war hero’s widow. How does that compare with the trillions of our dollars the politicians have given to individuals, private organizations and companies? Many originations use government funds to subvert the nation and lead us into the NEW WORLD ORDER. Some Mexican originations use this money to demand that the Southwest and California be returned to Mexico and that is TREASON! Between today and election day, we need to have two or three CLEAN-SWEEP days to keep reminding people and politicians that we mean business. When you write you representatives send them a picture of a broom to let them know that you are planning to vote them out of office at the next election; this will show them that you really mean business, and this will get their attention.
