1857, Preamble We, the People of the St ate of Iowa , grateful to
the Supreme Being for the blessings hitherto enjoyed, and feeling our
dependence on Him for a continuation of these blessings, establish this
Constitution. The Freedom index shows how each congressman voted on Constitutional issues. A high rating is good, a low rating is bad. You can see that no one deserves to be re-elected to congress.
