Michigan 1908, Preamble. We, the people of the State of
Michigan , grateful to Almighty God for the blessings of freedom,
establish this Constitution. The Freedom index shows how each congressman voted on Constitutional issues. A high rating is good, a low rating is bad. You can see that no one deserves to be re-elected to congress.
